The Firefighter Response System is easy to activate and deploy. It should take only a few days to be up and running once we receive your order.
You install display screens at each of your stations and implement your customized Standard Operating Guidelines (see below). We provide your stations with virtual toll-free numbers and then activate and test your system. Once that process is complete, we send you login credentials and you can begin using the system. |

within your department. We provide your department with generic SOGs for the Firefighter Response System, and your department can configure them as needed to maximize efficiency. We can assist you in determining the appropriate SOG configuration for your department. |

| Display Hardware |
| |
| To enable your department’s personnel to view volunteer resources, a display screen with 24/7 Internet access must be placed in each station bay. The display should be installed on a wall where it can easily be seen during a call. To allow for unhindered viewing, the computer’s screen-saver must be turned OFF and the monitor must remain ON at all times. |

| Optional Equipment |
| |
| Optionally, the Firefighter Response System can also be viewed on mobile data terminals (MDTs) in command or emergency apparatus with a broadband Internet connection. This enables real-time access to your volunteer response data en route to and/or at the scene. |
