| Online learning is provided as a free service to our customers as part of our commitment in providing superior customer service. Online learning is training that takes place at your location from a computer connected to the Internet and can incorporate various resources and tools. It combines training tutorials with one-on-one online support designed to answer any questions you may have as you go through the training tutorials. |

| On-site Consultation and Training |

| On-site consultation and training includes a session to familiarize and teach users how use the Firefighter Response System. In addition, our on-site training consultants can help you determine the best placement for station displays and review with your staff best practices for using response data. This will allow your department to take full advantage of the system's reporting functions. On-site consulting and training are offered in half-day (4-hour) sessions for a fee of $350 plus travel and lodging expenses. |
